This place is amazing! Not only did they alter my wedding dress incredibly- they also helped to entirely rework my aunts wedding dress too (it was a 2pc). They were able to remove the sleeves and make it strapless, rework the beadings and make it fit perfectly. The whole team there is so kinda and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough! Be sure to book with them early- this place is no secret! Can’t wait to share photos!

I would not recommend this business. Felt like they took advantage of my daughter her first visit. Which I was unable to attend. Pricing not transparent and felt likethey nickel and dimed her at every visit. Say "wedding" let's keep charging more.. The 3 visits I attended we asked for the hips to be taken in. Seamstress said they could take in other places for it to lay correctly. Understand they should know but it didn't work. Finally they took it in as we asked 3 times prior. Worked perfect but yeah that's another $200. Why not do it correct the first time. My daughter knows what works for her body type small waist, bigger in hips. Went back for final fitting. Said it was ready to take. I asked did you press and steam?. No you didn't ask us to. Your daughter didn't ask on her first visit with us.That's another $125 for the dress and $45 for the veil. They gotcha you. Rooms are dark and were never cleaned after the last fitting. One time glitter was all over the floor. Be ready when you pick up. They do tell you they don't put back in garment bag, but nothing to protect it??Finally one of the young workers suggested a plastic bag. Yes I had a sheet but did not feel comfortable with nothing. I would never recommend this business. Go somewhere else. Driving into the parking lot is a nightmare, potholes everywhere. Feel bad for my daughter for having a bad experience at one of the best times in her life.

I got my wedding dress hemmed, straps added, and a bustle added at the Wedding Seamstress and they did an amazing job. More importantly - 2 weeks before my wedding I tried on the dress and it wouldn’t zip and the hook fell off. I was absolutely distraught, but the Wedding Seamstress got me in next day and had it fixed within 45 minutes. They also took the time to show me and my sister some techniques to make sure the zipper doesn’t stick again so that I can easily get in and out of it on the day of. They didn’t work on the zipper or hook originally (so this was just a manufacturer issue) and they still fixed it (at no additional cost, might I add). Highly, highly recommend the Wedding Seamstress.

Yeah, they think they’re being frank and honest about your dress, but in reality they’re covering their butts and shamelessly gas lighting you until you’re out of their shop.They will destroy your dress every step of the process, no matter how expensive it is, and just call it good. They don’t care. They are overbooked, overworked, with possibly a toxic work culture stemming from the gas lighting manager.The place is dark so you or the tailors can’t see how bad they ruined your dress, and when you bring up any issues it’s the customers fault first not theirs, until they fix it, then it turns into “I know I should have fixed that this whole time.” Ridiculous.If your dress looks good coming out of this shop without 3 or 4 revisits you probably just got lucky. They barely measure you and they probably spend no more than 10 minutes chopping up your dress and ironing it until they get caught and actually work in it. But only if you complain about it and survive the managers “hon-nasty”.What an experience. Listen to your gut, and go somewhere else. Customers and employees too. The experience and quality of work here is as dark as their shop.Note to the person who will most likely reply to this message apologizing about my experience at your shop: Don’t bother. You’ve been responding to every negative comment for years now and never actually change. If anything you should apologize to your employees instead for harboring such a terrible place to work.
